Sharp was born to Rochester, New York, Sharp was an avid musician and studied clarinet, piano, and cello at the prestigious Hochstein School of Music. Sharp's love for theatre at school inspired her to enroll at The Boston Conservatory, where she was awarded the opportunity to receive a scholarship. After graduating Cum Laude with a B.F.A. Sharp started her professional career performing on stage following her graduation of the Conservatory. Sharp appeared in The Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp also appeared in Abyssinia and Aida. Other performances included: Thunder Knockin', Jitney and The Producers. In addition to her work both on stage and the screen, Sharp has several other unique projects she's written or co-written. Sharp is still performing and is currently working on a full length album. Sharp is a fan of exercising. She keeps herself fit through boxing, studying Krav Maga, and taking long trips on the road. Sharp lives in Los Angeles.
