The family was raised from Rochester, New York, Sharp was an avid musician and studied clarinet as well as piano and cello at the highly regarded Hochstein School of Music. When she was awarded a scholarship to The Boston Conservatory because of her passion for school theater, Sharp applied to The Boston Conservatory. Cum Laude awarded Sharp a B.F.A. from the Conservatory, Sharp set her goal to perform on stage. Sharp performed on her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel, debuted Off-Broadway with Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind and was in eight roles on the comedy that is interactive Eat the Runt. Other stage performances include: Abyssinia, Aida, Thunder Knockin' Jitney, The Producers, Big Street, Suburb and Joe Turner's Come and Gone, in which Sharp was a co-reader with writer August Wilson himself. Sharp's works aren't limited to screen or stage. She has also written and written several scripts. Sharp is currently developing her first studio album. Sharp is an exercise enthusiast who enjoys boxing and study Krav Maga. When not working behind or in front of the camera, or capturing music in a studio her hobbies include long drives, playing the piano and hiking. Sharp lives in Los Angeles, California with her family.
