Angela Sun

Angela Sun is a journalist documentarian, sportscaster and TV host. Born on October 19 1979, in Santa Clara County of California Angela Sun is an Award-Winning Journalist Sportscaster Producer and Actor. Her education includes Sociology and Communication from the University of California. Sun's surfing abilities were exceptional and she was a part of numerous pro-am tournaments. Sun received sponsorship from major companies, including Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. The fame that she earned from participating in these events that propelled Sun into the world of entertainment. Then, she went to be a filmmaker, reporter for investigative reporting and sportscaster. Sun was an anchor on many channels. She was a Fox Sports Net correspondent in 2003. In 2012, she hosted American Ninja Warrior, alongside Matt Iseman. Sun hosted The Yahoo Sports Minute for the year 2014. She is the first Asian-American presenter to air on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports as well as Tennis Channel. Sun has worked in numerous movies, and her skills in acting have been acknowledged and appreciated. Her roles include Goliath (2016, Hit the Floor 2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway 2009) Shackled 2005, Street Kings 2008 and Glowsticks and Drumsticks 2004. In 2014 Sun came out with Platic Paradise: The Great Pacific Garbage Patch the film of a feature length about the plastic pollution in the oceans and its impact on the ecosystem. Sun wrote, directed and produced herself.
